Can't believe it, but we are fighting the flu in the house in the midst of eighty and ninety degree temperatures. Naturally, I'm on the lookout for clever ways to sneak in those tough little antioxidants wherever I can. This is tricky for my pickier eaters, but they seem to help when they are involved.

Icey Pop: Part Deaux
Here's another not-so-sweet but oh-so-refreshing one that we tried...
We cut two one-inch slices of watermelon into blendable chunks.
Add your favorite super food, and blend.
Pour puree into molds, freeze three hours.
When it's hot, they never miss the sugar,
they just enjoy the cool.
